Where do we deliver to?

  • We currently offer shipping to customers in Australia, New Zealand, USA & Canada, UK & Europe. If you are interested in our products and live outside of these countries, please drop us a message and we will try our best to arrange a delivery for you. 

How much is shipping?

  • Postage cost is determined by the size & weight of your order and the postcode of delivery. We know how much we all hate paying for shipping. That’s why, we are offering free shipping on all orders over $75 throughout Australia.
  • Flat rate shipping cost of $12.95 applies to orders under $75. You can calculate this cost at the checkout stage of your purchase.
  • Flat rate international shipping cost applies to all orders.

    How long until I get my order?

    • Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days – We endeavour to get your order to you ASAP.
    • Your order will be delivered through Australia Post in most cases. The delivery time to your destination will vary according to your postcode. More details can be found on Australia Post's website https://auspost.com.au/
    • We have included an indicative guide to shipping times below:

    Please note, these timeframes are just estimates we were advised by Australia Post. We want you to enjoy your new product as soon as possible, but sometimes delays can happen that is beyond our control and we would really appreciate your understanding.

    Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from createfylo.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.

    IMPORTANT: Please check that all items received are what you have ordered. If you have received an incorrect item DO NOT OPEN IT. We will not accept any returns or provide refunds of items that have been opened, tampered with, or not in their original condition. If you receive a damaged item please contact us within 4 days of delivery and do not throw it away as we will require proof that the item has been damaged (e.g. images of the damaged item) .

    Processing your Order

    • An e-mail confirmation is sent to your e-mail address after placing your order. Please keep this e-mail as proof of your purchase.

    Tracking your Order

    • All orders delivered within Australia automatically have tracking. Your tracking number will be sent to you via email automatically by Australia Post once your order is dispatched.

    What happens to 'return to sender' parcels?

    • Please take care to enter the correct address details when you order. Once your order has been placed, unfortunately we do not cancel/refund orders. If you need to make changes to your order, contact us ASAP and we'll do our best to help you before your order has been dispatched.
    • If a parcel comes back to us marked 'return to sender', buyers are responsible to pay the postage fee to get the item re-delivered to them again.
