In general, refunds and returns may be granted if the item is faulty or if the incorrect item is sent. Photo evidence is required to be provided when notifying us.

If you have made a mistake in your shipping address please email hello@createfylo.com ASAP. You should make the subject line 'CHANGE OF ADDRESS' and provide your full name, order number and corrected shipping address. It will be out of our control once the order has been dispatched.

Our products are made from durable quality materials and are designed to last throughout time to accompany your little one. That said, it is important to know that all products will undergo normal wear and tear over time.

Gentle hand wash is recommended. Place the product into a bucket of warm water and lather a small amount of mild soap (avoid using harsh chemicals). Rinse with clean water until soapy water runs clear and simply lay product flat to air dry. 

Please also avoid exposing our products to high temperatures for prolonged periods to avoid damage.

We accept payments via PayPal and credit card currently. Credit cards accepted include Mastercard and Visa.

We currently do not offer any repairing service to any damage caused by chewing or wear and tear.

For safety and care reasons, we do not recommend leaving your dog alone with any items that could be eaten or cause harm.
